Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You can also start a 14-day free trial of any paid plan to test premium features before committing.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard under "Subscription Management" or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Trial subscriptions can be cancelled immediately.
To use our platform, you need three types of API credentials: 1) OpenAI API key for AI content generation using GPT-4, 2) SerpAPI key for retrieving "People Also Ask" questions from Google search results, and 3) Shopify credentials (Shop Domain, Access Token, and Blog ID) if you want to publish directly to your Shopify store. All API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
After configuring your API keys in Settings > API Keys, go to Projects and click "New Project." Give your project a name and description, then upload keywords related to your business or products. You can add keywords manually or upload them via CSV file. The system will use these keywords to retrieve relevant "People Also Ask" questions and generate comprehensive FAQ content.
You can upload keywords in CSV format for bulk import (one keyword per row), or add them manually one by one through the interface. For CSV files, we provide a downloadable template to help you format your keywords correctly. The system automatically parses your CSV and shows you a preview before processing.

Absolutely! All generated content is fully editable. You can modify questions, answers, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and tags. The system provides a preview mode so you can see changes in real-time before publishing. You have complete control over the final content that gets published to your store.
LLMs.txt is an AI-readable file that helps AI assistants like ChatGPT understand your business better. Our system automatically generates this file from your published FAQ articles, company profile, and Shopify store information. It gets uploaded to your Shopify store, making your business more discoverable to AI platforms and improving how they represent your products and services.
Once you've reviewed and approved your FAQ articles, click the "Publish" button to send them directly to your Shopify store's blog. Make sure you've configured your Shopify credentials (Shop Domain, Access Token, and Blog ID) in Settings > API Keys. Published articles include proper SEO optimization, meta descriptions, tags, and are automatically added to your store's sitemap.
Currently, content is published immediately when you click the publish button. However, you can generate and review all your content in advance, save it as drafts, and then publish individual articles when you're ready. We're working on adding scheduled publishing features in future updates.
Yes, we take data security very seriously. All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our PostgreSQL database. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) for multi-tenant data isolation, JWT authentication with bcrypt password hashing, and comprehensive rate limiting. Your API keys are encrypted and never logged or exposed in responses. Your content remains your intellectual property.
If any of your API keys become invalid or reach their limits, the system will show error notifications in your dashboard. You can update your API keys anytime in Settings > API Keys. We recommend monitoring your usage with each API provider (OpenAI, SerpAPI, Shopify) and setting up billing alerts to avoid service interruptions.
Our platform supports multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access control. You can invite team members with different roles: Owner (full access), Admin (user management), Editor (content creation and editing), and Viewer (read-only access). Each workspace maintains complete data isolation for security and privacy.
